Checked out how EJ the Osprey is doing, raising three chicks with the help of her mate Odin at Loch Garten, Looks in good fettle :)

Then it was a walk round Loch Mallachie. There's something about the scent of the pine forest, the silence broken only by birdsong (including a cuckoo) and the beautiful loch, that just drains stress out of you.
