Hazy, Hot and...

humid, well, ... hot.

May lived up to it's reputation as our driest month of the year, giving us just a few sprinkles on our dusty cars. June is traditionally our hottest. Something to look forward to...

Looking back to 2013, June was the hottest June ever, with every high temperature at 100° (37.8°) or warmer. The first week of June this year looks like more of the same. We could easily see a high this week at 106° (41.1°). The records this Monday and Tuesday are 107°F and they could be broken by the time we finish each of the days.

Yippee! Spring is over and summer in the desert has arrived.
