Triptych

This morning I ran "around" Lake Pupuke. The hospital is on the edge of the lake, which has formed in a volcanic crater. Between the lake and the Hauraki Gulf is a relatively narrow strip of land. I say around even though there is no lakeside path. Instead I needed to run on the streets which form the four sides of a not quite square.

The three panels show this area with much artistic licence. It seems to me that they are designed to line up, as I have positioned myself to show in this photo. On the right with the yachts is the gulf, and on the other two would seem to be the lake.

Although the day was long with little free time, I feel satisfied, which is a good feeling to have about one's work.
