Awarded...

As early today as I was late yesterday.

This was the 'take away' from yesterday's "big day" at the Palace of Holyroodhouse. A beautiful (and very heavy) object, which has no clear purpose except to offer aesthetic pleasure. It was, to be precise, a Chancellor's Award for Research.

Feeling a bit bushed this morning. I'm finding it a bit hard to get going.

And thanks for all the good wishes on the 1460th blip. I'm sure my blip mojo will be renewed by all my recent experiences and I will speed onwards to 1500.
