I've realised that the problem with doing a brief series on the music loved by Rockers is that I'm not sure what that was. Perhaps Buddy Holly was too light and poppy for these hardened bikers? Anyway, this is another song about Working Annie, one of a craze that began with Hank Ballard's Work With Me, Annie, and recorded before Buddy Holly became famous.
