Another Bonus......

...........this Sisyrinchium striatum flowered much earlier in the year and has decided to do so again - even if flattened by the wind! What topsy turvy seasons we are having - we seem to be getting double helpings of everything this year! Anyway, it's nice to see and to have a bit of an Indian summer!

Awoke to a very chilly and dull morning but the sun is out - only a very few wispy clouds and if one didn't venture out, one would think it was very warm - the temperature is actually 50 Deg F. though feels warmer. Any frost - (which was forecast) - was not apparent here in mid-Lincolnshire.
