Have a coke and a......

smile Chicken!

This is a recipe I've been wanting to try for a while now; since we saw a demonstration of it at a food festival in summer.

It's really simple to do, just stick a can of cola (or beer if you wish) up the chicken's bum and roast for an hour and a half. The coke evaporates and makes the chicken really moist; the skin goes really crispy and due to the upright nature of the chicken, all the fat drips away from the bird.

It was yummy!
