Cooking class

After last night's dinner fun, we returned to Khmer Root Cafe at lunchtime for a cooking class. Anna left this morning so it was just 2 of us. We were the only ones doing the class and we took our time to cook a couple of dishes. I made Kampot Pepper stir fry and Emma made Red Massaman curry. We also got to try a banana flower soup.

I didn't learn anything new but it was fun and delicious. Once again all the ingredients were freshly picked from the grounds and I got to grate some more coconut.
