" AND I'VE GOT TO GO HOME "

Another beautiful day and we decided to have lunch at our favourite place in Cornwall on the way back. I drove from Falmouth up to Crantock and we enjoyed lunch at the Crantock Bay Restaurant, where we have eaten before.

This is the view taken from the car park overlooking the surf in the bay. We love this place and would love to live here but sadly there are not properties to rent.

We went into Newquay which is just next door around the River Gannel that separates the two and looked at a property overlooking Fistral Beach, which is also very famous for the surfing. The property was huge but sadly to get to it you had to travel about 100 yards over a very rough pot holed road. Some of the cracks were huge and I knew we just couldn't live with that. So we are still waiting.

Feeling very tired and not looking forward to the usual dreaded Monday tomorrow. Bad enough on most weeks but after an amazing weekend away!!
