Back to cardiac rehab this morning, which meant the morning was more or less a write-off in terms of productive work, which meant that I had to make up for it afterwards, which in turn meant there wasn't much opportunity for blipping today.

I came across this wall graffiti at some stage during my walk to/from the hospital.
