Groningen - Tasman Tower

The demolition of the sugar factory changes the skyline of Groningen: the chimney will probably disappear. At the same time, the skyline is also altered by the new Tasman Toren (Tasman Tower) which is nearing completion.

The tower, 75 meters tall and 22 floors, is higher than the "Arc de Triomph" in Paris. There will be 221 apartments in the building, which will also have a swimming pool and a gym. Prices for apartments range from 200,000 to 300,000 Euros.
