Wild

Monday's are bad enough in anybody's book, but when there's a wet and windy start to the week, it's difficult to get enthusiastic about much. It definitely felt like autumn arrived here today.

I was glad to get home (in one piece) too, and the weather must've had an effect on my normal tolerance of all the nutter drivers on the way home as there seemed to be even more of them pushing to get to various junctions and roundabouts that crucial two seconds earlier than everyone else, despite the flooded roads, visibility reducing spray and buffeting wind shoving everyone around. Felt myself getting wound up by a couple of them (especially the tiny Peugeot driver - car, not driver - who insisted on sitting a car length off my bumper for two miles chatting away to their wide eyed passenger and then overtook me on the approach to a roundabout too late to get back into the right lane so had to go a full 360 degrees around the roundabout to get to their exit). Well done with that one ya fud.

So, to cheer us all up (Euan and I at least) and to prepare for the long winter's nights to come we've placed our order for Sony's new Move controllers that are out later this week. We like shiny gadgets we do (though not sure about the neon ping-pong balls on the end of these things).
