Apprentice Ned

Hoodies at the ready and all looking very furtive as they sheltered from a downpour at the door tonight. A month into his first year at the 'Big School' and there's already signs of a bit of a gang developing.

Thankfully, other than screaming at the top of their unbroken voices and playing dangerous games of hide 'n seek and kiss, cuddle and torture (there are some girls hanging around too, nothing questionable going on) it all seems harmless. Mind you, I'll be checking under the cars when they're around as I caught one of them trying to hide underneath mine's the other day.

All this nasty weather's making us all feel a bit listless and lazy just now. The kind of lazy where you have a chippie tea on a Tuesday instead of a Thursday. The kind of lazy where the furthest you go for a blip is to lean over the back of the couch to take a picture and can't even find the energy to change the white balance. The kind of lazy where you use the Mr. Muscle bathroom spray to wash your hands because you can't be arsed trudging back downstairs to get the handwash.
