The Lozarithm Lens

This is a bit of an emergency blip, taken at 18:00 hr in the town centre. A combination of day-long lethargy, cold weather, lack of inspiration and encroaching darkness (literally, rather than metaphysically) culminated in this shot, at least taken from a different position than previously.
I'm standing in front of the library, with the diverted stretch of the River Marden below and Barclays Bank on the corner opposite. Swanny is grooming himself in the company of a few mallards, including the hybrid, and moorhens. He is in his favourite spot, when he's not sailing up and down The Wharf, which lies on the other side of the bridge just beyond the right of the picture. The bridge carries the river under New Road, the A4.
