Raking up the Leaves

It has rained constantly today. Extremely windy, with strong gusts, which saw the end to my latest umbrella. Two of the spokes broke in a second, and the umbrella came into my face, scratching one of the lenses on my glasses. I am not pleased.

Our driveway is covered in leaves and with all the rain, the car tyres were spinning. Had to go and find the rake before heading to do the weekly shop.

BA is back safely this evening. He had a very turbulent, delayed flight back from Ireland. He was wining and dining at Stormont last evening. I must ask about the extent of the "Full Breakfasts" at the hotel - one of my measures when assessing accommodation standards.
