Icey Reflection Abstract

This is a small detail of the ice in the birdbath, with the reflection of the sun catching the red sandstone wall of the house. I rather like this abstract effect. I have lightened it up just a bit. I have been nervous about taking out my macro lens in this icey weather, so glad I could use it successfully very close to home.

#1 has just returned from sledging on the golf course hill in Lenzie. Skint his face and nose in a fall. I had only commented to "Shine-A-Light" the other day that years ago I once had a nasty fall on that very hill.
