River Aire at Beal

We took Christmas presents to my sister and brother-in-law today and had a brisk walk along the river before heading home. In the background you can see the power stations at Drax and Eggborough, a source of employment for many in the local area.

This flu has stricken several family members and friends so Christmas will be an especially quiet affair this year. I hope you are all better soon and very best seasonal wishes to you all.
