No, I'm Spekulatius. No, I'm Spekulatius and so on.

Spekulatius are a very nice biscuit thing that appear just before Weihnacht and have been stockpiled in an attempt to have a nice accompaniment to cups of tea throughout the year.

Watched a film last night - Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey - which was a lovely to look at but way too long film about the Chittagong uprising 1930-34. Not a subject I knew anything about but I've seen a couple of Ashutosh Gowariker films and I like him as a director. Still it felt good to watch a film again - must try to get more into the habit of doing that. In my old life in Scotland I could quite happily watch 5 films a week, I think I see about 1 a month now. I must watch more.
