Pod Bush

This isn't actually called a Pod bush, but Elaine, the neighbor whose house is connected to mine, has no idea what the actual name is.  She offered to go look it up if I really needed to know, which I don't.  I just like the things growing on it. 

They are dried out, very light but hard.  The coolest thing about them is that they are shaped like peanuts and have seeds inside so you can shake them like a baby's rattle.  I was fooling around with them so much Elaine pulled some off, tossed them at me, threw her hands up in the air (as if to say, "I give up!")  and told me she was going back inside.

She's so easy to tease.  *giggles*
