Slurp, Drip, Ahhh....

This house finch was taking long, sometimes splashy drinks in the round, red water dish this morning.  I think this may be the first shot of a critter at this dish.  They've finally discovered it but it's further away from me than the yellow one some of you may be more familiar with.

I've been slow to catch any birds there with my camera but got lucky today because he was having fun and stuck around for a bit!  I swear I'm gonna catch the yellow bird some afternoon.  I'm on a new mission!
