The start of the adventure

I did my packing over the last two days, so today was quite relaxed.  I had my hair cut by lovely John, who, at last, has found a shape that both he and I like!!

Mum and I had our meal together and then I drove to the Britannia Hotel at Newcastle Airport. It's on site and has its own carpark.  As airport hotels go, it's OK and the parking is very easy here.

Tomorrow it's Andalucia.
