Just a Tiny Bit.......

Today got off to a good start when we actually remembered that Miss E had swimming. Woohoo, go us!!
Mr K took both the Little Misses to the pool which let me go back to sleep for a while. After drinking my tea in bed. Yay!
There were only three children in the class and she really enjoyed it apparently. She'd been getting upset at her Monday class with the teacher being impatient and critical. He's a club coach and a bit driven! Miss E decided she'd had enough and was refusing to go.
Now she has a lovely gentle woman on a Saturday morning so hopefully she'll be happier and enjoy her swimming again.
Once they were back they had a quick lunch, did a bit of flat pack assembly and then we all headed into Buckingham for an afternoon out.
We went for a walk along the disused railway line which was just glorious. I have put a few more photos here. It was a tough choice today!
Miss E was giddy to be out "in nature" and declared it the best day ever!!
We walked along the old railway line, down to the park by the river and then back to the car. A wonderful walk in the sunshine, beautiful buds and blossom everywhere. Just gorgeous!
All that fun and air left us starving and we went to Looby Lu's (my new favourite place!) and ate sandwiches and cake and drank tea and milk. Yummy!
Unsurprisingly Miss E couldn't finish this enormous slice of cake.
I had to selflessly help her out!
