The Other Miss L

Miss L does like waving at herself in this window!! This is one of my favourite ever pictures of her.
We went to Ikea late this afternoon to pick up a lockable medicine cabinet. I've been meaning to get one since the awful experience with Miss L last week.
The medicines have all been rounded up and moved out of reach but I'll still be happier once they're locked up.
Ikea have a nice red cabinet so the Little Misses and I marched straight to the bathroom cabinet section and Miss E wrote the number down and the location in the warehouse.
We marched down to the warehouse not even stopping for  cup of tea or meatballs!!
Naturally the cabinet wasn't where it had said it would be so we marched back through the warehouse to the computer to find out where it was. Then we marched back to the new location to find out that it was the wrong cabinet. 
So we went back upstairs - less marching, more trudging this time - to discover that the cabinet's actually out of stock.
Oh my God.
From there we went to the beach that they build outside John Lewis every summer. A couple of hours lounging on a deckchair for me, and digging and rolling in the sand for the Little Misses.
Followed by dinner in John Lewis.
