Sitting pretty

A quiet day at home. The alarm technician came to disconnect part of the alarm ready for the window fitters on Monday. Then a phone call to say they are starting on Tuesday groan.

I've been tidying up and making some preparations for their arrival.  I keep telling myself that the disruption will not be too bad, but I know this is a lie!


Went for a walk around the block this afternoon; just a couple of miles around quiet roads and lanes. Took the camera with an 85mm lens hoping to meet victims people. No such luck, but I liked the way this snail had made it to the top of the stalk.

More festival walks are fully booked. More publicity required for the ones that are not.
