Holiday Scrapbook

Today is the last day of the holidays and the Little Misses are finally getting round to doing a scrapbook of our holiday to France!
I was expecting moaning and screeching - even though they'd asked to do it when we got back from France, saying they wanted to take their scrapbooks to school. They both sat really nicely and wrote about the pictures.
Miss E wrote a fair bit more than Miss L!
It's fascinating what they choose to focus on! Miss L wrote "b b b b b b" under the picture of the Eurotunnel train which was the sound of the engine. She wrote splash by the pool pictures, casel (castle), and Disneee.
Miss E wrote loads and it was all lovely.
She mentioned meeting the lady who lived in the first house liberated on D-Day who was four at the time, she said the ferry was her favourite part of the whole holiday and she loved the cabin! Monet's house was giant, the pool was cold and explained that you have to kill evil Zurg by shooting him!!
She clearly loved our holiday which makes me so happy!
I went to the gym again - for the fifth day in a row - then we made popcorn and watched The Lego Movie.
Salmon and rice castles for dinner, bath and bed.
I even packed their bags for tomorrow and got their clothes ready. Ha ha, it's the one day of the year that I'm so organised!
