Sunrise Above The Clouds

After being stuck in traffic yesterday I needed another holiday. This morning we took off from Stanstead Airport, London, having left home just before midnight. About 3.30am traffic came to a standstill on the M25 with people out of their vehicles. After 20 minutes, people rushed back to their vehicles as the traffic moved off. There seemed no apparent reason why it had stopped; no sign of any accident.

We took off about 6.15am, flying to Marrakech for a four night stay on an all-inclusive basis. We fly home Wedneday morning. 

I'm listening to the Ipswich v Cardiff match on the radio as the wife tops up her suntan. Hopefully we will see something of the locality tomorrow.

The blip photo was taken about 6.40am when we were above the clouds over Southern England. I rather like it that the sun has just woken up and is on the horizon of the clouds.
