A special snowman

I don't know where the hours have gone today.

I went out late morning to deliver Christmas cards around the village. Of course, that involved a few chats along the way.

This afternoon we went to have a cuppa and a mince pie with Julie. Her mince pies are delicious.  Mum enjoyed being out of the house too.

Last week, when we went to the Embroiderers' Guild we discovered that some people had gone early to make snowmen. We didn't know you could do this so we missed out. Julie heard Mum saying she wished she had been there, so she made a snowman especially for her. It is made from a white sock filled with rice.

Next it is the Bridge, so woe betide anyone who phones  between 9 and 11!!
