Oh what a cold surprise the flying horses cried

Abstract Thursday: Flying Horses

Round and round now we go
Shout your name to the wind as it spins by your side
Colored lights echo as the sound slips on by
Could that have been me?

Its Thursday, so it must be time for youorgeon1's Abstract Thursday challenge.  Now, there are many definitions of what is and is not an abstract, and I appreciate that for some this image may be too representational, even though it has actually not been taken on a carnival ride.  Instead it is a carefully edited sequence of shop window shots.

If you have ever read Ray Bradbury's "Something wicked this way comes", you will know where the inspiration for the image came from.

My extra, which I think I will call "Treasure Trove" is for those of you that prefer your abstracts more, well, abstract.  This one is a deliberately defocused image of sunlight reflections on water, which have then been played about with in Affinity Photo to give the impression of a shower of golden coins.  I can confirm that no coins were involved in the creation of the image - I have not suddenly won the lottery millions ;-)
