Poo(r)ley Bridge

Had Mike for the day, and as the weather wasn't too bad, Deb, Mike and I went for a short walk over Heugscar Hill. Kept it short as both Deb and Mike seemed to have pretty bad colds.

Dropped into Pooley Bridge for a cuppa and a scone after the walk and walked down to see the remains of the bridge. So sad that it's been washed away after 250 years and it looks like it'll be a long time before it gets rebuilt.

I know it's not a great, creative photo, but Blip to me is about recording the everyday as well. It is a journal and when I look back over the years of blipping I find the family and "event" items just as interesting - if not more so - than the creative stuff.

Notables:

Emma's driving test
Mike's red-letter day
Mike get's into Grammar
Massive Blipmeet
Radio Cumbria Interview
Emma's second set of A levels
Friends reunions

Remember, to keep your record of your life, you have to save your life, let's save Blipfoto and keep it for our own ownership. If you haven't pledged yet, please do.
