Just a Few Spots of Rain

This morning I went to see the Specialist about my eyes. I had a scan four months ago of them both and he wanted to see if the Macular had changed at all since then. The good news it seems to be stable but I still have to check my eyes each week and to contact the Specialist if there is any change. My next appointment is for a years time.

Because of the eye drops placed in my right eye to widen the pupil, I couldn't see for a few hours. Luckily they only did one eye this time so I looked around the shops to filled in some time until it came right again. I managed to get a few more things for the Akaroa house and I had a much needed coffee.

My wonderful Tigridia Pavonia, common name, Jockey Caps are just starting to flower. These wonderful Lilies have beautiful blooms that last for just a single day. They come in a assortment of colours including pink red yellow and white. They prefer full sun and bulbs multiply quickly and can double/triple each year.

I put up some back blips from Akaroa this morning if you would like to see them.
