On The Road (Again)

There was something about this picture that captured my mood on the drive home tonight. The bright lights in the increasingly dark skies may be part of it. Often when faced with the drive home from Tucson at night I'm a bit anxious or even depressed. But tonight my spirits seemed to be lifted. I felt lighter, if that makes any sense.

I'm not suggesting that this gas station (the car lights...or even the girl's cool shoes) alone was responsible. I had just left a sprawling, bright shopping mall and a relaxing visit on a Starbucks patio.
But this picture...just liked it tonight.
