Living Dangerously

We were working in Härnösand today and we ate lunch at the swimming pool. Here’s the view down the Southern Sound from the cafe.
It's ice covered but what’s unusual is that track you can see curving away from the nearest shore, out to the end of the jetty and then across to the western shore.  That last bit is where the current is strongest so it’s not common to see a well trodden trail across the ice there. I wonder who was the first across? And who’ll be the last!
Off picture to the right is a footbridge and using that probably adds about 300 meters to the walk. Personally, I’ll be using that route if I need to get over there!
