Contentment

Nearby and a little way downhill are the cow and calf that complete this gentleman's family. I've often wanted to photograph here and today I stopped to see what I could do. Without walking boots it was very tricky (enough said).

It was our festival committee this morning and we tackled lots of the little things that need doing at this stage, just 5 weeks before the first event. Bookings continue to go well. Approximately half the recces are completed and we just hope for more dry weather now.

Mum is still a poorly person but has accepted the need to stay in bed (must be ill).

A quiet night in is called for.
