Home time

Another shot of the sky and the clouds. This time as the sun was going down, and I was leaving work. Yesterday's (and thank you for the stars and faves) was when the sun was rising and I was arriving at work. 

Today was one of the more stressful days I've had since returning to work in the acute ward. The decisions that needed to be made in this setting can exercise one's mind very hard.

However, even on such a day, there are the warm feelings one gets when someone has returned to normal health quickly and uncomplicatedly, and is grateful (as are the family/whanau) and can go home again. Its why I'm still doing this job.
