A bit more work done on accounts meant that one of my business' file is complete and ready for the accountant. Next month I'll be starting on the other. That will be such a relief to me and, let's face it, I have so little to do now compared to handling the invoices, sales and VAT of two shops plus a holiday let!

The weather was dull and overcast today so I went for another flower shot. A campion, so colourful in the hedgerow, Silene dioica, named after the Greek Woodland God, Silenus. The dioica part of the name refers to the fact that male and female flowers are carried on different plants. This must be a male plant as it has pollen.
