The accidental finding

Twisted Fix at the Cross

In times gone by, the Cross was the main trading area of Stroud, where old Stroud met new. Now the whole town has moved downhill, more roads built, and the 1930s co-op building houses a washeteria and cafe, with the Independence Trust on the floor above.

Twisted Fix is a nightclub. I am not sure when the gable end was painted mauve. This venue has had many incarnations, but always as a club in the past twenty years.

Snapped as disk was falling on what was a far-too-busy day for me. I have become a lapsed blipper. Sorry.
