Debut

New camera, take a bow.

Thank you for all the appreciation shown to yesterday's view, I think it's more than likely that most of my views will be taken on the Samsung as I'm always so happy with the results. But, and it's a big but, I also love the macro world and distant wildlife - so I'm really pleased to have a 'proper' camera again with which to explore both.

I let artistic win over informative today - this stunning Amanita muscaria (Fly Agaric) was easily the largest I've ever seen, at this stage the cap was 3-4" across, nearly tennis ball size, I can only imagine it will flatten to huge, but as ever, it's main attribute was it's stunning beauty.
