Wanted

The weather forecast I saw at the weekend predicted that the temperature would drop during the week.  They were correct as the temperature has definitely dropped today. We had a hideous journey to work, with only two carriages on the train when there are usually four.  We were squeezed in. The only space was on the roof.  No one was able to get on after our stop. 

After a frantic couple of hours in the office, a colleague and I had a much more pleasant train journey to a meeting in Perth, and following a productive meeting we had an equally pleasant journey back to Edinburgh.  I was only back at my desk for an hour when it was time to head home.  I didn’t get a seat on the train home either, but at least it wasn’t as packed as the morning train.

I picked BB up from badminton.  He had won all his matches until the last one, where he was playing a much weaker opponent, who had a ten point start.  He wasn’t happy that he hadn’t won.

It has been an evening of homework.  BB was tired so it has been quite challenging.

Yet another uninspired blip.  At the weekend, BB was looking at old school work, and I discovered this stuck on the wall.  I think he made this last year.  I like the reward!
