FLOWER FRIDAY

What beautiful flowers - 
     can you see them?
If you look very closely
     you will see the promise. 
You can't?
Then maybe you need to
     look with different eyes; 
          eyes that see beyond what 
               normal eyes can see. 
Eyes that see 
     into the soul
          and heart. 
Perhaps the long, 
     cold and dark
          Winter
               has put a veil 
over your eyes 
     that will lift 
          when Spring
               arrives
                    in all its glory.
Be ready - 
     or you might miss 
          something
BEAUTIFUL!

P.S.  I did go out without crutches yesterday and didn't use the walking stick either - I really enjoyed my outing, but my legs feel a little stiff this morning - but it's onwards and upwards!
