Have they changed the time on the clock ?

These two are staring at the building I am heading towards and into. Appropriate for today's Mono Monday challenge hosted by Skeena, faceless (double) portrait.

It only occurred to me sorting this out that I did not check if the time had been changed on the town hall clock. It will take me all week for my biological clock to adjust.
