View from my bedroom

I was a bit ahead of myself yesterday, when I said that I enjoyed being in my bed. I'd been a bit off colour over the weekend, and the cause has declared itself as the standard streaming cold with a cough. I've rested all day and spent most of it in bed.

The trees in our garden shed their leaves over several weeks. The ash trees were first, then one beech. The second beech still has lots of leaves and the oak leaves have not begun to change colour.

So, there was enough colour for a blip from the window!

Not much else to say. Colds are a nuisance, but not exactly life threatening, so it's just a case of being a patient patient.
