Relaxing

Time taken from working in the heat to come indoors to watch F1. A Dramatic race in which Lewis Hamilton had to retire from the race quite near the end and his team mate Valtteri Bottas had pulled out earlier. Neither Mercedes finished the race! A nice win for Max Versappen.

When work was done, (hedge cutting: our neighbour's 7' Leyland cypress) we relaxed, lit the barbecue and opened a bottle of Malbec.  While the food was cooking I occupied myself shooting bees.

A lovely quiet evening and when the heat went out of the day I went out for a walk/jog.
