Tiny Tuesday...No, it's not a potato!

This may look like a potato, but it's not - you'd break your teeth on it if you tried to chew it!

I was rummaging through one of my Editor's trinket boxes looking for a suitable tiny subject when I found this tiny little pebble, only about 1cm across. I suspect she picked it up on a beach sometime over the last many years. (I hope she doesn't get locked up for doing so! - see here.)

It's pearly in appearance, and light shines through it rather nicely - so I pointed one of the arms of my little LED lights upwards and balanced the pebble on the top to take its photo.
