Sometime on Wednesday afternoon my wi-fi signal suddenly cut out, affecting my iPad and my iPhone. Much of my time since then has been spent in trying to work out why and trying to restore it, involving much to-ing and fro-ing with Sky Service Centre, resetting, rebooting, turning devices off and then on again and tearing my hair out. A full reset to factory default has had no effect and I’ve had to resort to extender/hotspots to get online at all. Grrr.
