Last Blast?

Summery heat again today but after tomorrow it's all change.  I managed to get some useful jobs done today in the sunshine, a delivery of plastic grids meant I could lay some gravel paving in a couple of places.  The fun job was planting a trough I made with plants I bought least weekend and a few of my own raisings.  Blip of the trough will come in due course.

I spent a happy couple of hours chatting with Kathy from Plant Heritage who came on their behalf to check on the crocus collection.  She was suitably impressed despite my rather downbeat assessment of how things are going.  We both liked this Crocus mathewii very much :-)
