Sunset/Moonrise

Just before I was due to go to work, I looked outside and saw that the sky looked like it was aflame! (See Extras!) Away from the brightest part of the sunset, the moon was rising amid pink candyfloss clouds. 

Today has been a day of cleaning the bathroom, catching up on odd jobs and then work tonight. I also went for a walk in the Arboretum where I took the shot of the rook. It's for the Facebook pic of the week Wild Birds prompt! 

Work had been pretty quiet so far this week so far, Lee said and tonight was no exception. Home on time for a change!
