More glory ..

in the garden on another lovely day.

It did feel a bit cooler this morning I thought and lovely though the weather is I’m a little bit frustrated about not being able to make the best of it.

These are the flowers which have appeared this week. The iris have been there many years and come back faithfully but when I tried to introduce some pale blue ones a few years ago they disappeared without trace the following year. We have two or three clumps of them under the magnolia tree and the Anemone Blanda are dotted around the garden.

Enjoy the weather if you are in the UK, the plants are certainly doing so.
