A regular day at work. Lots to do, but my colleague Heather has worked hard to get my work up to date while I was off, which made it a lot less stressful than it usually is after a week off.

A brisk half hour walk at lunchtime and a drop in to Tesco. I’d got up late today (I just didn’t hear the alarm!) So a short lunch break so that I could leave earlyish. Got away at 4.45 and slept on the bus, I felt so shattered!

Home at 6 and luckily for me Jon had cooked dinner. Spent an hour or some making cards, and now an early night. I can’t keep sleeping through my alarm...
