This Santa blow-up cracked me up. It's really funny what different people have found to put in their yards during the Christmas season.

I've got to try to get some pictures of the cactus with the holiday lights on them. That was one of the funniest things I saw when I first moved to Arizona. Maybe I'll get Bill's saguaro. That's a kicker!
