Advent Challenge: Red

Had a few ideas for today's subject in anuk's challenge, but not a lot of time to try many out. In the end I chose this one, as it is at least fairly seasonal. Cranberry sauce is a traditional accompaniment for the Christmas roast turkey, and is suitably red to meet the challenge.

I have tried making cranberry sauce myself, but I was rather disappointed with the results, so I have reverted to a commercially produced version. Perhaps I should try and find another recipe and have another go.
